WHAT TO EXPECT

A full day of fishing, whether in a drift boat or wading, is roughly 8 hours from when your guide picks you up to when he drops you off. If fishing the Missouri River, clients and guides will meet in the thriving town of Craig. If fishing elsewhere, specified meet locations will be made. Lunches, all non-alcoholic beverages and all gear associated with fly fishing. The guide will have everything from full fly rod set ups, to the flies and tippet and weights you’ll be using that day. Just show up with your fishing attire and you’ll be taken care of. Feel free to bring you own gear, personal rods are highly recommended, we like you fishing with what you like to fish with.

A half day of fishing from a drift boat or wading, is roughly 4 hours from when you and your guide meet. Again, if fishing the Missouri River, you’ll meet in Craig, any other river the meet up spot will be TBD. There are no lunches provided. Ideally you will be off the water at lunch time, giving the rest of your afternoon to find an eatery. Again, all rods, gear, equipment needed to fly fish that day will be provided, just wear some layers and show up!
